Jiangsu Youpu Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. entrusted Nanjing Kehong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd Undertake the technical transformation of 2500t/a arylpyrazonitrile (by-product 830t/a diethyl carbonate) and 800t/a dipyrazole projects Environmental impact assessment work. At present, the "Jiangsu Youpu Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. 2500t/a arylpyrazonitrile technical transformation (by-product 830t/a diethyl carbonate) and 800t/a diby-dicarbazole projects have been compiled Environmental Impact Statement (Draft for Comments). In accordance with the requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the relevant circumstances of the EIA of the proposed project are hereby published for public comment.
I. Project Overview
Jiangsu Youpu Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 29347.09 million yuan to purchase 312 sets of reactors, centrifuges and other equipment, and carry out reconstruction and expansion in the existing plant, with a new construction area of 8640 square meters, forming an annual output of 2500,500 tons of arylpyrazonitrile (the original production capacity is 2000 tons of arylpyrazonitrile, the new production capacity is 830,800 tons of arylpyrazonitrile), the by-product has an annual output of <> tons of diethyl carbonate and the supporting annual output of <> tons of dipyrazole".
